       Indigo Pearl Beauty offers you a tranquil haven to enjoy your treatments in comfort and relaxation. 

       I respectfully ask you to attend your appointment on time.

  • A late arrival of over 10 minutes will mean your appointment is cancelled or compromised. Full booking total is due if either occur.

  • Please attend your appointment alone, unless prior arrangements have been made with me for additional guests.

  • Please note that under 16's are not permitted in the salon due to health and safety and insurance regulations.

  • I do not remove and nail product that has not been applied by myself, so for new nail and toenail appointment please come to your first appointment with bare nails.

  • Nailart/additional services to and nail services need to be pre booked or discussed as extra time is required and your bill may change.

  • If you are feeling unwell please do not attend appointments, please contact me at the earliest opportunity to reschedule or cancel.

  • Refreshments are complimentary at Indigo Pearl, please try to avoid food in salon as it can be challenging to work some treatments around it. 

  • Your privacy is paramount, I can offer you quiet appointments at your request.

  • Salon hygiene standards are a priority. I use disposable products, sanitise and clean down between each and every client. Hospital grade products are used to keep you and I safe.

  • ​

  • I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This is so I have a chance to fill the gap.

  • Under 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fees due.

  • If I can reschedule your appointment in the same working week you will not be charged, unless treatments are dropped. This does depend on availability.

  • If treatments are dropped at appointment time they will incur the 50% charge fee also.

  • This is all done to protect my small business, it's my sole income and how I pay my bills.

  • Although things may happen out of all our control I cannot bear the sole financial responsibility for an appointment not going ahead.

  • With this in mind if you are  not well please do not attend your appointment, i live with and work on vulnerable people, and cannot risk their health and my own.

  • Upon booking an appointment with Indigo Pearl Beauty you agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Failure to agree or pay and fees will result in you not able to book further appointments.

  • Payment is required the day of treatment at the completion of service. I take cash, bank transfer and card machine.                                                                                                             Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
